At Kaizen Schools, my mission is simple: To empower Christian school leaders with the tools and support they need to reduce burnout, build cohesive teams, and create thriving school cultures.
I believe every leader deserves to enjoy their role, every staff member deserves to feel valued, and every student deserves to flourish in an environment shaped by unity and hope.
The challenge is school leaders are often overextended and under strain. This creates a culture of surviving rather than thriving. Kaizen Schools exists to change that reality.

The Kaizen philosophy is built on the idea of making small, consistent improvements that compound into lasting transformation.
Rather than chasing quick fixes, Kaizen focuses on steady progress — step by step — to create sustainable growth in people, teams, and organisations.
As a Christian leadership coach I combine this philosophy with:

Who is Josh Newbegin?
Kaizen Schools was founded by Josh Newbegin... coach, trainer, and mentor to Christian school leaders.
Josh is uniquely positioned as both a pastor and a professional coach, combining a deep understanding of the faith context with practical tools from coaching and neuroscience.
He regularly partners with education directors, principals, chaplains, and leadership teams to help schools navigate real-world challenges with real-world solutions.
